I’ve forgotten my account password, what do I do?

Don’t worry you can reset it by clicking ‘forgot my password’ on the login page of our website. An email will be sent asking you to re-set your password. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it.

How do I change my contact details?

You can amend your contact details by logging into our website and going to ‘My Account’.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

How does the monthly billing work?

You can choose how you pay for your monthly subscription:
1. Cash on delivery – You will need to pay cash to the courier driver at the time of delivery every month

2. Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card – You will be charged for your first month at the time of placing your order and then automatically rebilled every 30 days until you cancel

3. Paypal – You can pay online via your Paypal account or with a debit or credit card viaPaypal. You will be charged for your first month at the time of placing your order and then automatically rebilled every 30 days until you cancel. Payments made via Paypal will be charged in US Dollars.

When will I be charged?

For payments made via Paypal your first month subscription will be charged at the time of order and you will automatically be rebilled every 30 days thereafter, until you cancel.
For payments made via cash on delivery, you will be charged every month at the time of delivery, until you cancel.

I originally paid cash on delivery but want to now pay online with Paypal, is this possible?

Please email support@cyclelogicals.com to change your payment method. An email will then be sent to you to securely set up the payment directly with PayPal.

I’m going on holiday, can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can. Please email support@cyclelogicals.com before the month you want to pause it. For example, if you want to pause your subscription for December you will need to request this before the end of November. It will not be possible to pause a monthly subscription that has already been dispatched.

I have a build up of sanitary products and don’t need any for the next month, can I pause my subscription for a month?

Yes, you can. Please email support@cyclelogicals.com before the month you want to pause it. For example, if you want to pause your subscription for December you will need to request this before the end of November. It will not be possible to pause a monthly subscription that has already been dispatched.

Can I change the products I have selected within my subscription?

Yes, you can. Please email support@cyclelogicals.com to request any product changes. You will need to request the changes before the end of the month for them to apply for your next delivery. For example, if you request an amendment on 31st November, the changes will be applied from December onwards, and changes requested on 1st December will apply from January onwards.

How do I cancel?

We’d be sorry to see you go but you can cancel your subscription by logging into ‘My Account’ on our website. If you are paying via Paypal and you cancel before your renewal date you won’t receive a parcel for the next month onwards. If you cancel after your renewal date, you will receive the next months parcel and then your subscription will be cancelled. If you have paid cash on delivery you will not receive any more parcels unless your next parcel has already been dispatched, in which case your subscription will be cancelled with effect from the following month.

YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PARCELS

Do you provide the tampons and pads individually or in packs?

Cleanliness is very important to us so the products are provided in the original packs they were packaged and sealed in by the manufacturer.

How many tampons or pads do you get?

This depends on the item you choose. Pack sizes vary but the quantity in each pack will be mentioned alongside the product.You also have the option to add additional packs.

Do you provide mixed tampons and pad packages?

When you subscribe to either the pad or tampon package, you have the option to select optional add-ons,which dependent on the product selected, may include extra tampons and pads as well as other feminine care products such as intimate wash and liners. If you cannot see a product option that you would really like please email support@cyclelogicals.com and we’ll do our best to add it for you.

Do you provide multi absorbency options?

After you have selected your main pad or tampon pack you have the option to select optional add-ons,which dependent on the product selected,may include tampons or pads of different absorbencies as well as other feminine care products such as intimate wash and liners. If you cannot see a product option that you would really like please email support@cyclelogicals.com and we’ll do our best to add it for you.

Can I change the products I have selected?

Yes, log in to ‘My Account’ and under ‘subscriptions’ select change your subscription. You can then select new subscription products and agree to any new payment amount to be rebilled. Changes made before your billing renewal date, or at least 7 days prior to your next delivery date if paying cash on delivery, will apply from your next delivery. Otherwise, changes will apply from the month after.

What brands do you supply?

We currently supply Kotex, Always, Lil-Lets, Natracare, Anion, Tampax, o.b.,and Carefree products. If there is a brand you would like to see included please email support@cyclelogicals.com and we’ll look into adding them.

You don’t seem to carry a product I love. Is there any way you can offer it?

We are constantly reviewing and expanding our options to meet everyone’s needs so if there is a product that you would like but that we currently do not offer please email support@cyclelogicals.com and we’ll do our best to add it.

Is my parcel discreet?

Your parcel will be packaged within a Cycle Logicals box but delivered within a courier envelope.

FIRST PERIOD KIT

What is included?

The First period kit will include a selection of day and night pads suitable for younger girls, liners and intimate wipes, plus an educational guide on starting your period. Inside the kit will also be some surprise treats including hair accessories, skincare and beauty products.

How long does it take to deliver?

Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days of your order date. The courier company will contact you directly to arrange a delivery day and time convenient for you.

Is delivery included?

Yes standard courier delivery is included within the price for our monthly subscriptions and First Period Kits.

Where do you deliver?

We use established courier companies to deliver throughout the UAE. Deliveries cannot be made to the following non-delivery areas:

When will I receive my parcel?

The courier company will contact you to arrange the delivery with you. First period kits will be dispatched within 5 days of placing your order. Monthly subscriptions will be dispatched at the beginning of the 2nd week of every month.

My parcel is missing?

Please email support@cyclelogicals.com and we’ll track it down right away for you.
